I stand in the dark light in the dark street
and look up at my window, I was born there.
The lights are on; other people are moving about.
I am with raincoat; cigarette in mouth,
hat over eye, hand on gat.
I cross the street and enter the building.
The garbage cans haven’t stopped smelling.
I walk up the first flight; Dirty Ears
aims a knife at me…
I pump him full of lost watches.
These are my new pets. I have a turtle and a parrot. Eric made them for me because he loves me. I also have a swan and an albino giraffe, but they were too far away to be in the pictures.
I am decidedly bad at having a blog. And that’s all I have to say about that.
This is the story of Clive. Clive is a little pig who doesn’t like the mud. He stole Paddington Bear’s little, red wellies and now Clive loves the outdoors. That’ll do pig, that’ll do.
If you’re wondering why I’ve been absent from the Tumblr world this past week, or why I haven’t responded to your texts, phone calls, and/or emails, it’s because I’ve been slaving away on the above video. It’s a follow-up to my feature-length documentary, Fall From Grace, about the Westboro Baptist Church and their upcoming case that is being heard before the Supreme Court tomorrow.
If you’re on Netflix you can watch Fall From Grace instantly or get it mailed to your home the old-fashioned way.
If you haven’t watched Fall From Grace, you should go now. Go watch the movie. Also, read the news.
